Richard Miller is an attorney practicing Family Law in New York City. For the last 30 years, Mr. Miller has focused his attention on representing clients involved in child neglect, abuse, custody and visitation cases, as well as child support and paternity matters. He also defends and prosecutes Orders of Protection.
Mr. Miller joined Brian D. Perskin & Associates P.C. of counsel in 2015, consulting on a number of cases. His expertise and experience assists the firm in providing better outcomes for our clients.
Mr. Miller earned his B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College in 1982, and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School in 1985. He was admitted to the Bar in January 1986, and has represented New Yorkers ever since.
Mr. Miller lives in Brooklyn, NY with this wife and two children. He has previously served as Co-Chairman for the Brooklyn Bar Association’s Assigned Counsel Committee. In his free time, he enjoys travel, music, and exercise.
