Brian D. Perskin & Associates Now Offers Saturday Consultations!

Great news! In response to a growing demand, the family law firm of Brian D. Perskin & Associates P.C. now offers Saturday consultations! Our new weekend appointments allow us to meet the demanding schedules of busy New Yorkers who are considering filing a divorce or child custody action.

How do I schedule a Saturday consultation?

Scheduling a Saturday consultation is easy, and can be done over the phone or via our online scheduling system, vCita. If requesting an appointment online, make sure you select the last option on the page

How much does this cost?

There is a $200.00 non-refundable consultation fee for weekend appointments. You will be sent an invoice online after your appointment request has been accepted. The invoice must be paid no later than the Friday before your consultation. So, if you scheduled an appointment for Saturday, October 24th, then your invoice must be paid by Friday, October 23rd. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Will the consultation fee count towards my retainer?

Yes! The $200.00 consultation fee will be applied to your initial Retainer Agreement if you choose to hire Brian D. Perskin & Associates P.C. to represent you during your legal action.

How long is a paid consultation?

A weekend consultation will run between 45 minutes and 1 hour in length. Consultations that are held between Monday and Friday typically last around 30 minutes.

What times are consultations available?

We currently offer our Saturday consultations between the hour sof 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Which lawyer will I meet with?

You will consult with Senior Associate Attorney Dina Botwinick. Ms. Botwinick graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2008, and joined the firm in 2014. She has extensive experience in handling complex divorce and child custody matters, and routinely appears in court throughout the five boroughs.

What will happen in my consultation?

During your consultation, you will be able to discuss details of your situation or pending case in detail. Our consultations are very thorough. We make sure that each person who walks through our door leaves with a greater understanding of the law, and a better idea of what the best course of action is for their case.

Where will my consultation in Brooklyn be held?

All weekend appointments will be held in our Brooklyn Heights office, conveniently located at 44 Court Street, Suite 1210. Our office is accessible by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 subway trains at Borough Hall, and the A, C, F, and R trains at Court Street (R only) and Jay Street-Metrotech.
