Charlie Sheen’s Children Removed by Court Order

As if the Charlie Sheen controversies were going to simmer down, a stay-away order against the "Two and a Half Men" star removed his two sons from his home.

His ex-wife obtained the court ordered temporary restraining order to remove Sheen's twin two year old sons from his home.

He appeared on the "Today" show on Wednesday, seemingly under control in comparison to his public rants in the past few days.  The 45 year old actor has been spotted on TMZ for his excessive partying, rehab visits, recent hospitalizations, and other legal troubles.

The temporary restraining order forbids Sheen to come within 100 feet of either of his children or his wife.

If you or a loved one is seeking a temporary order of restraint or other type of protective order, do not hesitate to seek the professional and legal guidance of a knowledgeable New York divorce attorney.
